Early Morning Preparations
My day at Scarpone and Sons Inc. starts before sunrise. By 6:30 AM, I’m already checking the weather forecast – a crucial part of any roofer’s daily routine. Today looks perfect for our scheduled installations in Cheektowaga.
First Stop: Material Loading
7:00 AM finds me at our warehouse, loading up:
• Premium architectural shingles
• Underlayment materials
• Safety equipment
• Essential tools
Morning Project
Our first job takes us to Amherst, where we’re starting a complete roof replacement. The homeowner greets us with coffee as we set up our safety equipment. There’s something satisfying about stripping off old shingles and preparing a clean surface for the new roof.
Afternoon Tasks
After lunch, we head to Clarence for an emergency repair. Western New York weather can be unpredictable, and maintaining quick response times for our neighbors is a priority.
End of Day
As the sun sets over Lancaster, we’re wrapping up our final inspection of the day. Working across Buffalo’s suburbs means every day brings new challenges and opportunities to serve our community.
Quality Check
Before heading home, I complete detailed documentation of our day’s work, ensuring every project meets Scarpone and Sons Inc.’s high standards. It’s been another fulfilling day of protecting Western New York homes, one roof at a time.
Tomorrow we’ll be in Depew, continuing our mission of providing top-tier roofing services to our community. That’s what makes this job rewarding – knowing we’re helping protect our neighbors’ homes for years to come.
